Grammatical Dumbasses

I was rather intrigued by the news headline "Publicist: Ethan Hawke has married girlfriend." Um, isn't that the sort of story a publicist should be denying?

Then, upon reading the story, I realized that "has married" was a present perfect verb phrase, and not a possessive verb plus an adjective.

Thou shalt beware grammatical ambiguity!
